Jeff Wade has been working in the plastics industry for over 35 years. After selling his previous company, The Highlands Group, he started Adlor Burke in 2016 to continue his work providing customers with superior quality material and unmatched customer service.

Taylor Wade

Sales Representative

Taylor joined the family business in 2019. He graduated from Appalachian State University in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in marketing and management. He views his career in plastics recycling as a critical part in reducing the environmental impacts of using plastics in our modern society.

Office Manager

Dee has been a part of several businesses owned by Jeff Wade for over 30 years. Her position with Adlor Burke is crucial to the function of the company. Her attention to detail helps us maintain operations and keep our customers happy.
